David Tannehill, D.O.

Dr. Tannehill is 2005 graduate of A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He’s board certified in internal medicine and critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has subspecialty certification in neurocritical care medicine from the United Council of Neurologic Subspecialties. He currently works at Mercy Clinic in St. Louis. He completed his fellowship at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur. He is a former Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) Wetzel Scholar, and he received the MAOPS President’s Award in 2014. He also serves on the Board of Healing Arts. He resides in Fenton with his wife, Julie, and their two children, Drew and Dylan.

Dr. Brushwood is a 2000 graduate of A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He’s board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. He practices family medicine at Gower Family Care Center, P.C. He’s an active member of the MAOPS Northwest Osteopathic District, and he frequently participates in the MAOPS D.O.c.-A-Day program.

Michael Brown, D.O.

Dr. Brown is a graduate from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed a medical residency in Family and Community Medicine at Truman Medical Centers.  He currently works for Mosaic Life Care, formerly known as Heartland Health where he practices family medicine in Kearney Missouri.  He also works as their Assistant Chief Medical Informatics Officer and Medical Director of Telemedicine.  He lives in Smithville Missouri with his wife and five children where they continue his family tradition of beekeeping.  He also enjoys photography and running, two very useful skills for any beekeeper.

Dr. Chris Wolf is in practice with the Bluetail Medical Group in Chesterfield, Missouri.  Prior to this recent move to the St. Louis area, Dr. Wolf was Associate Professor of Clinical Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia and served as the Director of the Traumatic Brain Injury Program at Rusk Rehabilitation Center.  Dr. Wolf is a graduate of ATSU-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Missouri where he was Chief Resident.  Dr. Wolf is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in PM&R and in Brain Injury Medicine.

John Bailey, D.O.

Dr. Bailey is not only a distinguished orthopedic surgeon specializing in general orthopedics, sports medicine and spine surgery, but he’s also as a decorated member of the United States Army Reserve. The Kirksville native graduated from A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) in 1990. He completed post-graduate training at the Metropolitan Medical Center in St. Louis in 1991, a general surgery and orthopedic surgery residency at Peninsula Hospital Centers in New York in 1996 and a spine surgery fellowship in 1997. Upon completion of his fellowship, he accepted an appointment at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, which he still holds today. In addition to the operation of his private practice at Mid-America Orthopedic and Spine Institute in Kirksville, where he treats athletes both locally and nationally, he donates his certified law enforcement canines and personal services to assist with narcotic detection, tracking and enforcement. Additionally, he’s a volunteer medic and team member for his local SWAT team. In 2008, he was awarded the Missouri Reserve Deputy of the Year for his outstanding service in law enforcement. In 2012, Dr. Bailey was inducted into the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame.
