Exhibit Hall Overview

Please refer to the exhibit hall layout and list your choice of exhibit booth when registering. Your booth will be assigned as soon as payment and the completed exhibitor agreement are received. Assignment is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibit Fees:
- Exhibit booth ($1,100)
- Second Exhibit booth ($900)
- Additional reps ($50 per beyond 2 reps)

For pharmaceuticals: Only one product line will be allowed at each exhibit booth. This will be strictly enforced.
The Exhibit Hall will be located in the Versailles/Windsor room at Chateau on the Lake. The room will be decorated with pipe & drape and will hold a maximum of 70 exhibit booths as shown on the layout. Each 8’ deep x 10’ wide booth will include one six-foot draped and skirted table, two chairs, signage, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a wastebasket.
Shipping, Storage and Ancillary Services
Page & Brown Convention Services will receive and store shipped materials prior and/or subsequent to the convention and will deliver and remove crates to your booth before and after the show.
Page & Brown will also provide additional services that may be of need to exhibiting firms, including AV equipment, electrical services, additional furniture/risers, or wired internet.

Advertisements are placed on our app*, Facebook Page, and e-news for all conference attendees to view.
*Note: If your organization is considered a “commercial interest” by our accrediting bodies the ad will not be placed on our app.

Hotel Accommodations
A 1-night deposit will be charged at time of booking. Cancellation or changes only allowed 3 days before check in date.
